Does RigKept need internet? No — it works fully offline. Your data lives on your iPhone and never leaves it unless you export a backup.
Is there a subscription? No. RigKept is a one-time purchase — pay once for the Lifetime Unlock and it’s yours, with free updates.
Can I track more than one RV? Yes, with the Lifetime Unlock — travel trailers, fifth wheels, and motorhomes, each with its own schedules and history.
How do reminders work? RigKept schedules maintenance reminders on your device via iOS notifications. Enable notifications for RigKept in your iPhone’s Settings.
How do I back up my data? In Settings, tap Export to save a backup file (which includes your photos), then save it to Files. To restore, tap Restore and pick that file.
Are the maintenance intervals official? They’re general guidance based on common practice and published sources. Your RV, axle, tire, and appliance manufacturers’ manuals always have the final say.
How do I restore my purchase on a new device? Tap Restore Purchase on the unlock screen, signed in with the same Apple ID you bought it with.
